After founding the company to service a growing HMO market in Liverpool, Geoffrey grew the business from standing start to the largest property management agencies for HMOs in Liverpool, with over 80 properties and 800 rooms contracted for management. 6 staff. Services included property management, HMO consultancy and training. Properties ranged in size from 3 to 15 bedroom house shares, commercial to residential conversion projects like Hotels transformed into large HMOs with 15 bedrooms plus, and also purpose built student accommodation blocks in the city centre with over 100 units in each.
