Bio

Geoffrey is a business leader, investor, developer and entrepreneur. Based on the Wirral, he owns businesses across multiple industry verticals including digital marketing, property consultancy, lettings and estate agents, and real estate investments. He has bought and sold companies since 2015 and continues to focus heavily on M&A.

Geoffrey is the Chairman of the UK Business Recovery Forum specialising in consulting on business turnaround projects. With experience in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), Geoffrey remains active during a turbulent 2020 having sold 3 further companies in addition to 1 sold in 2019. Geoffrey is focused on minority roll ups and retirement purchases during 2021.

Geoffrey began his career in Digital Marketing building a company from £1m T/O to £8.6m in under 7 years. He has since developed 2 further Digital Marketing brands and his companies have consulted to more than 1000 SMEs over a 14 year period. He has also worked with notable brands such as Allianz, Boohoo
Clothing, St John’s Ambulance & Zoggs.

After achieving his MBA in 2012, Geoffrey went on to transact on over 30 property deals in Liverpool and consulted on a further 200 more, with Geoffrey featured in the Liverpool Echo for some of his transactions. Having built a portfolio worth over £5m in Liverpool, Geoffrey built a success and lucrative letting agency brand for young professionals with over 800 units under management before selling to a competitor.

Geoffrey founded HMOsales.com, the UK’s first dedicated portal for selling HMO investments, filling a void in the real estate market for the sale of HMO assets. Geoffrey also guest lectures across the North West and is a Non Exec Director to a select few organisations providing strategic advice on increasing shareholder value.

Geoffrey attended Royal Latin School before achieving 2 degrees from Liverpool and Chester Universities. He resides just outside Liverpool with his wife and 2 children and hobbies include football and playing the piano.
