Geoffrey built a property portfolio valued at over £4m in assets comprising of HMOs and BTLs all located with Liverpool. The average property in the portfolio returns 50% per annum of capital in the deal, and overall the portfolio returns 11% net yields on the refinanced values. Properties are all purchased for cash, refurbished in cash and then refinanced. Properties range from 2 bed mid terraces, 4 bed house shares for professionals and students up to 10 bedroom HMOs for professionals.
